The Island
Two acres, reachable only by a short footbridge.
The name comes from an old pilot's term — CAVU, ceiling and visibility unlimited, called out when the sky is clear enough to fly by sight alone. That's the feeling we built the island around: nothing between you and the horizon.
Twelve acres of private lake surround two acres of island, connected to the mainland by a single footbridge. Kayaks and paddleboards are included with every stay. Fish off your dock. Build a fire when the sun goes down. Fort Smith is fifteen minutes away if you need it — most guests don't, until it's time to leave.
